General Questions

How long do your products take to process and ship?

We usually process and dispatch orders within 2 working days of the order date. This includes printing, drying, lamination, cutting and final fulfilment.

What helmets are your sticker kits compatible with?

Our helmet and visor stickers are compatible with all helmet brands as they’ve been designed to be universal. Visor tear off stickers are compatible with the specific helmet brands listed on its product page. Name stickers are compatible with all helmets.

For visor stickers we offer specific shapes for the major brands of racing and karting helmets as well as a universal sticker that fits all. 

Are the sticker kits waterproof and UV-resistant?

Yes, our graphics are waterproof and UV-resistant. They're printed with waterproof ink and finished with premium laminates, offering double protection for durability in motorsport environments.

How do I install the sticker kits?

Can I order custom graphics for my team or organisation?

Absolutely! We offer bulk discounts for teams, organisations and business to business sales. Contact our us via Instagram, our Contact page or email us at contact@stelviodesign.com to discuss your requirements and we’ll create a tailored solution for your team.

Can I customise my order?

Yes! You can live customise our visor stickers, name stickers and visor tear off stickers. We're currently working bring live customisation to helmet sticker kits too!

What materials and effects are available?

Check out our Materials and Special Effects Page. We have some great materials and effects to choose from such as our chrome print base and holographic metallic flake laminate.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order via the shipping carrier’s website.

How do I contact support?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you may cancel your order at any time until we begin production of your order. Cancelling an order will incur a 2.5% fee of the order total to cover card processing fees that we pay during your order transaction. (We are still charged for card processing fees even if an order is cancelled and refunded, please ensure you do not accidentally order products).

After we receive an order confirmation, we begin production and you will receive a processing email informing you this. Once production commences orders are non cancellable due to the nature of customised print on demand products.

As Stelvio Design products are custom products they are non returnable after delivery.

We're happy to replace defective or damaged products free of charge if such an event occurs.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Please check our shipping policy page for prices per region or country.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept the following payment methods:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and Shop Pay.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees for UK orders. There may be fees for international orders depending on your country, such as custom fees or tariffs. This will be calculated and added at checkout.

We apologise for this inconvenience however we can't control these circumstances. We are looking to produce our products in new regions in the future to circumvent these fees and reduce shipping costs.
